This page is maintained by the app owner to explain how MT5 Forward Journal handles your data. This is not a certification or legal advice.

1. Information we collect

We collect your email and password for authentication, your MT5 account number and server for sync, and an encrypted investor (read-only) password used only at sync time.

2. MT5 credentials

We only request the investor password. It cannot place or modify trades. Passwords are encrypted at rest in our database. We never display the full password back in the UI.

3. Trade data

Synced trade history is stored to generate your reports, archives, and exports. Only you and platform administrators acting on your behalf can access your trades.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions. We may add privacy-friendly analytics in the future; you will be informed before that change.

5. Subprocessors

We use a managed backend platform for authentication, database, and storage. No data is sold or shared for advertising.

6. Retention

Archives are retained for the duration of your plan (1 to 12 months). You can request account deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting support.
