No. We do one-time syncs on demand. You request a sync and the worker pulls history once, then disconnects. There is no always-on connection.

Do you need my master password?

No. We only accept the MT5 investor password, which is read-only. We can never place, modify, or close trades on your account.

What is forward testing here?

We import your real MT5 trade history, then let you project those same trades onto any custom starting balance and date range — so you see how a strategy behaves forward without opening a new live account.

What is the Discipline Score?

It classifies each trade as Planned, Fear Exit, or Greed/No Plan based on stop loss, take profit, and close reason. You get a score and trend that show whether you traded your plan.

Can I edit synced trades?

No. Synced trades are read-only on purpose, so your historical record stays trustworthy. You can add a one-time note per trade.

Free and Supporter plans have a 24 hour cooldown. Founder plan has a 1 hour cooldown and priority queue.

How long are my reports kept?

Free keeps 1 month of archives, Supporter keeps 3 months, Founder keeps 12 months. Current month is always live.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can download lightweight Excel exports for the months covered by your plan.

Free supports 1 trading account, Supporter 2, Founder 3. Limits are enforced when adding accounts.
